It’s no secret that I don’t keep up on pop culture references. Unless, that is, they are plastered all over my Facebook feed and even then a lot of it is over my head. That’s why when my friend Wendy created a Gifts for Fans of What Does the Fox Say? board on Pinterest and then it blew up, I didn’t get it at all.
It wasn’t until another friend (hi, Kristina!) forced me to Google “What Does the Fox Say?” that I had any idea what the hype was about. I mean, I’d seen cute foxes and such on clothes, but this particular reference was new to me. I told you guys, I live under a rock – a big rock. But now that I know about the foxes, there’s no turning back.
In case there’s anyone else out there that’s missed the entire What Does the Fox Say? phenomenon, you should check really check out the video below. It’s kinda catchy and totally makes me smile. I’ve been trying to get the boys to watch, but they are refusing. Probably a good thing because otherwise it would probably become a thing around here.
So, anyway, in homage to the foxes I decided to write up this quick, easy, FREE pattern for a fox coffee sleeve. It’s the first time I’ve ever written a pattern for sharing, so bear with me if it’s not perfect.
I welcome your GENTLE feedback on the pattern – feel free to email me with comments. Otherwise, make a million fox coffee sleeves and enjoy them! Mine has gotten tons of great feedback in the week I’ve been using it!!
